Frequently the copycat tools have inferior brush bristles, motors, water resistance and general build quality. Which is why they rarely offer the same warranty as official products either. Imitators may call themselves a 'Sonic Scrubber', but unless they carry the SonicScrubber brand, they aren't made by us.
Another reason not to buy a SonicScrubber 'lookalike' is that, in most cases, you can't get replacement heads or accessories for them. Since they use cheaper bristles, the brush heads wear out faster. Owners then find they can't get replacement heads, so throw away the whole unit, leading to unnecessary electrical and plastic waste.

Genuine products will either carry the same logo as you see on this website or our older SonicScrubbers Power Cleaning System branding, which is also still used on products for the Asian market.

Is 'The Pink Stuff sonic scrubber' an official SonicScrubber product?
The Pink Stuff produce an excellent range of cleaning products, many of which work really well with official SonicScrubber tools. However SonicScrubber does not make an electric scrubbing brush for The Pink Stuff and they do not use the SonicScrubber brand name either. The Pink Stuff, and their owners, use their own brands and trademarks, to which they own the rights.
(The Pink Stuff does offer their own electric scrubbing brush tool in some markets, we believe they call it the 'Miracle Scrubber', at the time of writing this article.)
We humbly believe our product is the best handheld small electric scrubbing brush on the market, but we'll let customers be the judge of that.
However, if you have bought a Pink Stuff branded product, please don't email or call us if you have any questions about it. You should contact them instead. We are entirely separate brands, owned by companies that are independent of each other.
